SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE

Very rich professional hands-on experience of 35 years having served in various capacities in the diversified group of professional companies involved in beneficiating low grade Ore and Pelletizing it such as like, Kudremukh Iron Ore Co. Ltd. (KIOCL-PSU), Essar Steel, Jindal Steel & Power Ltd., BMM lspat, LIyods Steel, Abhijeet Group, Adhunik Group, KJS Ahluwalia Group Shri Jagannath Steel & Power Ltd.   

• His experience is varied in the Iron Ore Pelletization from concept to Commissioning which includes design and project management for setting up Iron Ore beneficiation, slurry pipeline and pelletisation project.
• He had prepared FRs and DPRs for the potential Pellet Plant manufactures including due diligence of other’s report for his employers. He is associated with various reputed CSIR laboratory in India and abroad for test and research work on mineral processing and transfer the result successfully in commercial scale plant.
• He had successfully supervised installation of several Pellet Plants and fine- tuned and improvised design of both Straight Grate and Travelling Grate technology for improved performance of the Plants based on his experience of commissioning/operating and maintaining the Pellet plants of both technologies mentioned.
• He was instrumental in evolution of Chinese technology for Iron Ore Pelletisation in India. The first pelletisation plant on Chinese technology was setup and commissioned by him in 2008 for BMM Ispat, India.
• Published many technical papers and presented papers.
